Inspired by a love of colour and focussed on the process and qualities of paint, my paintings are created slowly in multiple layers.
In muted pastels and saturated brights these multi layered compositions evolve from layering using a range of techniques and varying opacities of paint at different speeds.
The finished surfaces feature soft, overlapping forms and plains , sweeping curves and painterly marks.
